The floorplan you devise will inform the architectural development of the concept into detailed plans for construction for a 50 seat Call Centre, Customer Service Hub, (CSH), for 20 Customer Service Representatives to meet with clients face-to-face, and Corporate Headquarters accommodating the executive staff of 15 people. Of the executive team, the seven Part-time Directors require only infrequent, on-site office space and will 'telecommute' for the remainder of the time. The brief you've been given stipulates that your design will feature state-of-the-industry premises with the latest developments in technology, furnishings, layout, and ergonomic design, in a safe environment which provides security for KLaTT's intellectual property and the people that work there,. The report should contain a scaled floorplan (one A3 sized page), which provides the layout of your 'open plan' design. You are required to identify the arrangement of workstation clusters and furniture. Window and entry/exit locations should be indicated on the floorplan and integrated into the legend. At this stage you have not been provided with a budget for the project.
