This writer is known to be a famous novelist and he is often invited by admires of his books. We asked him to give a presentation of his new book in our library. He doesn’t mind meeting and discussing his new works with us. I want to organize a good meeting in our library. To start with we should notbother him about his personal details. He can’t afford to spend much time here, because he is a very busy person. We should work out a program and stick to it . It is necessary to make our library hall comfortable for this meeting and we must arrange a convenient time and place for the meeting. We can’t have the writer feeling uncomfortable. Make questions in advance, because we can’t afford to make the presentation boring.
